Allow dimension to select center of pipe/duct under Rise/Drop symbol
Revit currently does not allow dimensioning to the center line of a duct or pipe with a rise/drop symbol showing. Currently dimensioning the center of these vertical ducts requires turning off the Rise/Drop visibility to be turned off or other workarounds.
