Allow control of far clip offset for different section segments

Please, allow control of far clip offset of multi-segment sections for each segment separately.

Same for Elevations.

The reason we make Split Segments is to have different cutplanes. The depth plane should differ as well.

Because far clip can't have split segments, users currently have to set far clip deeper than desirable, which increases the risk of accidentally selecting and moving or deleting things which are beyond the "face" of the view or section.
