Currently you can't use the Align tool when trying to align a view to a Guide Grid on a sheet. You can only use the Move tool, then snap it to a Reference Plane or Grid/Grid intersection and then you can move to a Guide Grid location. Many times it would be helpful to use the align tool to align a reference plane or grid to the Guide Grid on a sheet.
Please add this feature when you are looking into upgrading the Guide Grid functionality per this Idea post.
