We create addendums with each of our drawing revisions. This is a word doc with each Sheet where the current revision happened and a brief description. It seems like when making the revision cloud, there could be a field for entering a description of the revision which could be itemized on a report that could be put on company letterhead. The simple way would be to allow scheduling of comments.
