Add the ability to copy monitor the structural layers of selected walls from the architectural model

A large part of the structural workflow is to draw basic structural walls over the linked architectural model. It would save a ton of time if we had the ability to select the specific walls (and potentially columns) from the linked model, then choose the specific components or layers of that wall, and copy it over to our structural model. Then I could edit the family to represent our company standards and make minimal adjustments as needed. This would save an enormous amount of set up time.

I agree. Wall cores should have more flexibility. They should have independent grips/handles from the wall finishings.

E.g. A room wall may have the same finishing and 2 consecutive cores: brick core and concrete core. We should be able to stretch or slide the cores independent of the the finishing layers. Or maybe to have a lock-in-place option for the wall finishing.
