Add settings for Revit Link into View Templates

Add settings for Revit Link into View Templates

As the title says it would save so much time if RVT Links could be pre-defined in View Templates. Any linked model would then use pre-defined settings. At the moment this has to be done each time manually for each new link. Let's say you have structural model but need to show the architectural one in context, these two would have very different settings.

I work around this right now by linking "placeholder links" in my main project template. Whenever I start a project I do a "reload from" for the placeholder link to insert the actual link I want to bring in the project, and all the view template settings will apply to the new link.

Thanks for taking the time to submit your idea. Unfortunately, this idea did not get the support of the community over the last 6 months and as such we will not be pursuing it at this time. Please feel free to rework (titles and clear descriptions are really important) and resubmit this one down the road.
