Add Rewind to the Ribbon

There's a super-useful tool named Rewind that works like an Undo just for Zooming.

But it's hidden under the seldom-used Steering Wheel (which itself is hidden under the Navigation Bar) and therefore, not very "discoverable"

Adding Rewind to the View Tab of the Ribbon and allowing it to have a Keyboard Shortcut would be a GREAT time-saver and make it simpler (possible?) for people to find this very useful tool
