Add / Remove Leader on Tag from Right Click menu

When placing many tags it would be helpful to more quickly toggle / select between adding a Leader. This should be an option in the Right Click menu in this context. Or an option of a keyboard shortcut for Tag with (or without) Leader would be helpful, which as been suggested.

I agree so much in this request that I actually created an external command to be able to toggle between the different leader states with a Keyboard Shortcut: https://github.com/eibre/EiBreRebarUtils/blob/master/EiBreRebarUtils/RebarTagUtils.cs#L214
