Add "Panel name" parameter to Data Devices Schedule

When using the Data Devices Schedule, the parameter "Panel name" is missing. It can be found only in the Electrical equipment Schedule. Some of the families used of IT devices need the panel name as they should not be classified as electrical equipment strictly.
