Hello

Adding a tool to display filter colors "Add Filter Legend Color"  may help you quickly manage filters.

Such Color Fill Legend or Pipe Legend and Duct Legend.

Totally agree, it will be useful if revit automatically create a legend from filters in views, like the ones we have in AutoCAD Map 3D or any GIS software.

The example above can be done without filter, but with Pipe System (without the color legend), but a lot of things can use filter for coloring, like wall/door fire rating, wall width, wall heights. Also electrical conduit system (that doesn't allow color scheme).

For pipe legends you can use System Types, that let you generate color without filter (anyway without legends); but this will be usefull for a lot of other thinks, like fire rating of wall/doors for example.
