Add dimension prefix/suffix for Opening Height in Dimension Type Properties

It would be very helpful to have the option to define prefix/suffix for the Opening Height value in the Dimension Style Properties.

Currently, it's possible to add Dimension Prefix/Suffix for Primary Units and Alternate Units. This functionality is missing for Opening Height values.

When editing single instances of dimensions with Opening Height values, Prefix/Suffix is not available for the Below value. 

The suggested functionality would significantly improve the efficiency of working with dimensions. It would allow the automatic generation of prefixes and opening height values to save time on manual editing.

Important option in cases where it is needed to explain the difference between the building opening and the element size. For example: the window is 120/120, but has a rolling blinds inside the wall that is 30 cm. so it would show 120/120+30.
