Add API method for Spot Slope Dimension
Currently, there is no API method for creating a new Spot Slope Dimensions. There are methods for other types of spot dimensions (including NewSpotCoordinate and NewSpotElevation methods).
This would be very useful for landscape architects and site designers, who want to be able to automate adding slopes on edges and faces, though I am sure architects, structural engineers, and contractors would also get good use out of this.
