Add a transparency setting to line types

I would like to be able make my revision bubbles have a transparency factor so that they don't block out information under them. This is an issue especially in schedules that change where the bubbles will overlap the line above and below so you can't see what is under them.

Annotation lines (and lines within filled regions) should not obscure model linework from below. AutoCAD has a "line merge" option which permits this.  There should be a way to let black cut and projection lines to be merged and print over annotation lines, much as Path of Travel lines, and section markers overwrite the annotation line. Ideally wall fills could be moved up or sent back as well.
