Active Design Option highlighted / shown in top in dropdown menu in Visibility/Graphics Dialog
If you have many design options it can be trialing to locate it in the visbility/grpahics dialog by selecting it in the dropdown menu. Giving it a color highlight, or actually displaying it separately at the top of the list, would help tremendously.
