ability to control the colum width and the all-over width of a schedule

Hi,

we need an ability to control the width of a placed shedule.

1. ability to set a fix width of a colum in the "Revision Schedule"

2. ability to parametric the all over width of the "Revision Schedule"

Please feel free to rework (titles and clear descriptions are really important) and resubmit this one down the road.
