3D can be oriented by scope box

Let's 3D views to be oriented by scope box or make section box fit in desired scope box.

Agreed.

Until then, you have two options.

1. You can select an element, such as a scope box and choose the Selection Box in the Modify/View Panel. This works in plan, or 3D. It's amazing.
2. You can right click on the View Cube pull down menu and orient that view to a second view. That second view can be a Plan/Section/3D, etc.
