my colleagues and i are trying to sync to central but keep getting this error message, "This Operation could not be completed, Please Try Again"
we are trying to collaborate with A360 and our network connection is fine, we are saving our files local so we dont lose anything, but 2 out of the 3 of us cant sync. its super fustrating and there isnt anything we can do
please help. we have a major project deadline in a week and cant afford to lose time on this
We are having similar issues at our office.
Other than the yellow dot at health.autodesk.com is there any information regarding the status of A360 Collaboration?
Jonathan, Joseph,
I'm moving these posts immediately over to the Revit Forum so that team can engage the issue here and assist. For future, that is where all C4R questions should go.
Yep, seeing the same thing here, starting this morning. At first I would see the error very occasionally when modifying an element, now I see it when I try to sync.
I just got this error again while changing a view from hidden line to wireframe, followed by a yellow pop-up warning that "permission to edit this element could not be obtained". Seems like this is related to the current element borrowing issue.
Edit: Yep, now I'm getting the error for just about anything. Looks like I'll be pulling the model off C4R until this is resolved.
We are having the same issue, i get the message for every little thing i do
We had a colleague move office locations because this was supposed to work. Now if we take it off we will be 1 man short on the job.
And considering we have a week to finish, we're going to be screwed. Would be nice if Autodesk got their act together and fixed this issue or at least could tell us what’s wrong. Seems like a lot of people are having the same issue
Same issue. I had the project open and was working for a little bit but the rest of my team cannot even open the file except for one (team of 9). Did the servers crash? I know its has been in the yellow for over a week and there was maintenance over the weekend.
Also receiving this message.
Using Revit Structure on A360 cloud based system.

Hi all, we're sorry for the inconvenience here, and appreciate your patience.
Again our apologies for the impact this is causing, so be sure keep up to date via the health page link above when all is back online.
I was able to reproduce the errors an hour ago (when saving a new model to A360 or opening existing one), but after fully closing Revit, and restarting, it seems to be working now.
If you save (locally), close out of Revit, and re-open, is anyone still seeing the error?
We are indeed experiencing an unplanned downtime. I have created a master thread for discussion of this issue. Please use that thread for any discussion on the matter, as we will be updating it as the service comes back into normal operation.

Jonathan,
As of right now, the service is restored to the previous operating state. We again apologize for the impact this had on your production efforts today. If you have additional thought or concerns on the matter, we are glad to address them over on the centralized thread.

And this is why I said we will never go to A360...
Most companies cannot be at the mercy of Autodesk and their servers or network. If we can’t access our models that means people are unbillable… having just 100 people unbillable for an hour cost us over 20k. We lost 1 hour of time and 100 hours of productivity!
I’m sorry but the infrastructure is just not ready for this type of work.
