Not all BIM 360 Team projects / folders visible in Revit until restart

I have an ongoing issue that has survived a complete re-install of Windows 10 and Revit.

When I first start my computer in the morning, launch Revit, and click the BIM 360 Team icon in the File>Open dialog I only see C4R projects that are hosted on others' team hubs; I do not see projects that are hosted on my hub. However, I can open recent projects that are hosted on my hub from the recent projects list.

Once I restart the computer the problem goes away and I can see all of the projects.

Any ideas what could be happening here or how to troubleshoot or fix this?

Yesterday I had a chance to work on a different computer, on a different network, in a different city, and saw the same behavior with intermittent access to projects on my hub.
