You currently don't have access to Revit cloud models

Hello Dears,
"When I open Revit 2023 and want to access cloud, the image window appears every time. I have tried the same account on another machine with version 2023, and the cloud files appear without any issues.

When I use the same account on my machine (which has a problem with 2023) with anthore version (revit 2020 or 2021), the cloud works without any problem. It works with 2020 and 2021, but only has this problem with 2023.

Can anyone help me solve this?"

Hi @mohamed.yasser2311

As you can work with R2023 with another machine and R2021 and R2022 work well, my best guess is something wrong with the R2023 installation.

Can you please message me a 23 journal so that I can take a look?

BTW, can you try out if you can save a local model to cloud with "save as cloud model" in the problematic 23?

I am having the same issue with Revit 2021 and 2022. Just started this week. I have already did the steps from the following Autodesk Support. Nothing works.

Hi @Steven-BaxterBIM

The Revit config file is not downloaded successfully so it blocks the cloud model workflow.

 Start to get Revit config from service https://rvtcfg.autodesk.com/155b01e6d2/config.json.
' 0:< Fail to download revit config from service: Exception Object reference not set to an instance of an object.
' 0:< Revit Configuration is null.
' 0:< Failed to execute GetRegionFromRevitConfiguration, return null.

But I don't have any idea why it is blocked recently as you mentioned that you can work before.

Something to try:

Thanks for the reply @Steven-BaxterBIM

Firewall and Anti-virus software could be something different.

another thing to try is run Revit as administrator.

Sorry for delayed reply. @mohamed.yasser2311

From your attached journal, the revit config is not downloaded successfully either.

I can't tell what blocks the download.

@Steven-BaxterBIM @mohamed.yasser2311

I think we need to do further trouble shooting to solve this issue in your environment.

Can you please submit a support ticket to get help accordingly?

@Steven-BaxterBIM @mohamed.yasser2311

Not sure how is going with your problem.  We've got several support tickets about this recently.

One workaround is to use another network (for example, mobile hotspot ) to launch Revit. It works.

Some reports say it works when switch back to the original network.

We are still investigating the reason behind.

I have struggled with this same issue for the last two weeks.  I am not certain what changed but it affected all three machines in our office, the only thing that worked was to uninstall "Desktop Connector" and re-install.  I installed the latest build 16.2 and it functions correctly now.  Hope this helps.

Hi, Guys, there is something you are worthy to try if the case is cannot download Revit cloud config file:

C:\curl\bin>curl.exe -v https://rvtcfg.autodesk.com/155b01e6d2/config.json
*   Trying [2600:9000:2464:ca00:4:5294:5700:93a1]:443...
*   Trying 18.161.156.46:443...
* Connected to rvtcfg.autodesk.com (18.161.156.46) port 443 (#0)
