Which REVIT ?

I need to know which REVIT to open a file.

Our firm switch from REVIT 2020 from REVIT 2018.

So, over the last 2 years, new projects were made with 2020 while others became newer versions of the 2018 file.

We've learned the hard way not to open with the wrong version of REVIT.

With File Explorer, I have examined all the properties of a REVIT file, but have found no hint of in which REVIT the file was made.

Any Help Would be  appreciated.

Hi Cliff,

Starting with Revit 2019 you can find the version in the open dialog. Here's a video.

Thanks,

Sasha
