We cannot syncronize A360 models

no one in our company can currently syncronize the models. Is there a system issue?

Hi Donna,

 

Thanks for posting your question and welcome to the forums. Are you by chance using Revit Collaboration? If so let us know and I can move this to the Revit forum.

 

Also be sure to check out the Autodesk Health Dashboard, you can get updates on the 360 products and see what the status is.

Just to update to the latest from the health dashboard...

 

"Product team has identified the root cause of the issue, resolved it, deployed a fix, and current reliability trends are normal.  Cloud worksharing operations can resume normally."
