user timeline sync not showing up

Hello,

I have a user whose sync is not showing in the timeline. Their edits are showing up and being saved it seems. I had user create a wall, he synced, I reloaded, I deleted wall, I synced, he synced and wall was gone.

We both have latest version of revit 2016 and add-ins.

We both see communicator button on ribbon.

What could be the issue?

Is there a setting on hubs somewhere?

We are working with another firm, model is on their hub they have told us that they have latest and greatest software also.
