Unable to open particular BIM 360 Model

Hi all,


I've been trying to open a BIM 360 shared model that I've been using for the past few days without issues. I can't access the specific model I need but I can open other files in the BIM 360 project no problem. I even tried using another user's credentials at my company and still ran into the same issue. I've attached two journal files for reference and a screenshot. Please advise.

Thanks for posting in the forums.  My name is Mark and I'd be happy to help you out.

In my first look over the journals, you are one update behind the latest update.  Please be sure that you AND ALL MEMBERS OF YOUR TEAM (very important) are all updated to the same version... Revit 2019.2.2


You can update by going to your Autodesk Account and click on the tab on the left "Product Updates".  Search on the top right corner for "Revit 2019.2.2".  You will be able to download and install from there.


Secondly, near the end of the journal text, it appears that a user named Marvin V. needs to reopen the file, sync and relinquish.  You must then "Reload Latest".  Please try the above and let me know if it helps!
