Unable to connect to Revit Cloud Worksharing - Service offline?!?!

我们无法连接到新加坡的Revit Cloud Worksharing服务。 在我们的计算机上安装相应的许可证和身份补丁,并且Autodesk帐户应用程序中不存在任何更新。

服务是否脱机? 我们无法连接和登录。
请帮助这是一个关键问题。

 

We can not connect to the Revit Cloud Worksharing service here in Singapore. Install the appropriate license and identity patch on our machines and no updates present in the Autodesk Account app.

Is the service offline? We can not connect and login.

Hello

can you tell us please if you are using a network license or you have single user subscription. Also what version of Revit are you using now?

also to verify you are in the product, you signed in already and now you trying to access cloud service and it’s failing?
