Two sessions of Revit with same cloud model open

I have someone on my team that accidentally opened up two separate sessions of Revit with the same model in each. They began making changes in one, closed that model, and came back and started making changes in the second session they had up. Now they are getting this error message when trying to save. Does anyone know what to do in this situation without losing too much of the work that was done.

Are they saving or synching?

Try saving without synching and reopen from BIM 360. It might be synch automatically for you.

Save a back-up on in addition to saving the local. You might be able to copy/paste any lost work.
