There seems to be a conflict... Now what?

I recently subscribed to C4R.  While in the process of setting it up, I foolishly switched my email address from a personal to a company email.  Now, when I try to set up a hub by clicking here (copied from your help file; my login appears correctly at the top right):

I get this...

I am stuck.  Please help me.  Soon!

Thanks.

Hi Paul,

If you do a history browser cache clear, and login to a360.autodesk.com with your new credentials (from a new chrome browser session) does that work for you?

Thanks,

I tried that, no luck, but thanks for the suggestion, Brett.

Try doing this with your browser in Private mode.

That was a good thought, but didn't work. Thanks for the idea, Kyle.

Also, to help isolate browser-releated issues, a login from the Microsoft Edge browser yields the same result.

hi Paul,

I've sent this over to another colleague this morning so hopefully they can look at this and get it resolved quickly for you, but so that you know, they're in India, so might be tomorrow morning your time before this gets resolved.

My apologies for the delay on this, but we'll get it resolved as soon as possible for you.

Thanks,
Brett Wright

I'm still waiting, Brett. I have deadlines to work thru, and would appreciate if you can follow up with your colleague regarding this issue. Thanks.

Paul,

Apologies for the delay. Somehow I missed this 😞 We have fixed your issue. You should be good to login now.

Thanks,

That worked. Thank you. I'm disappointed that this process cost me about a week of productivity, but I'm glad you worked it out in the end.

I may still have an issue here.  When trying to get this to work, I attempted to send an invite to person with whom I will be collaborating on my project.  It looks to me like I may have tied my contract to his email.  My account should be tied to idesignec.autodesk360.com, not the jasdrafting account.  Can you change this for me?

Thank you again,

I am having the same issue - Can you help me through it? I have tried private mode and also a different computer but no luck.

I'm sorry that this happened to you too, Paul.

I ended up restoring to an earlier version and redoing the work.  The problem did not recur, and the loss of time was only a few days.

If you have any sort of deadline, I don't recommend waiting for Support.  They took quite a while and didn't really offer a timely solution.

PAul,

May we know the error you are seeing and the hub you are accessing?

Thanks,
