Hi Whenever I try to Collaborate it want's me to sign in as NisP. I know I've made had a account by that name but I can't remember my password and I don't rescive any mails from it and it's not that long ago I made it, so if you guys could help me out that would be great.

You should use whatever Autodesk Identity has the C4R entitlement associated with it.  If by chance you worked on a given model, and subsequently changed the Autodesk Identity that has the C4R entitlement, then just open the model from the File Browser while signed into that new Identity and a local cache will be built tied to that identity.  I'm guessing you are trying to open an existing model from the recent files page in Revit, which is a direct pointer to the local cache tied to the other Identity.

 

If this is not the case, post a couple screen grabs and we can try and figure it out for you.
