shared coordinates

When I Publish the coordinates from one file (a) to another one (b) the name in the second file (b) does not acquire the name of the shared coordinates. And I have to insert it manually, it is that correct?

What ind of collaboration are you doing here?  File-based worksharing, Revit Server, or C4R?
