Revit Sync Issues – 'Save to Central' Freezing

Hi all,

We’ve recently started experiencing issues with Revit freezing during the 'Save to Central' process. This has been occurring across multiple projects, Revit versions and Revit users, so it doesn’t appear to be isolated to a single file, version or person.

Just wondering if anyone else has encountered similar problems, and if so, how you managed to resolve them?

I Don't use worksharing - but do use single user cloud models and have been experiencing frequent issues with revit hanging during a save as cloud model - no ammount of time seems to recover it or timeout - just decides to hang out till I force close revit

I am experiencing the same issue constantly - when syncing to the cloud the model gets frozen and have to force Autodesk to shut down.

Clear TEMP

Clear Caches - Collaboration Cache (that's a biggie), PacCache, and CefCache

Empty Recycle Bin and restart
