Revit Server 2018 Problem

Hi guys,

I am using Windows Server 2008 R2 and I configured it for Revit Server 2018 by adding roles (Application Server and Web Server (IIS)) based on this link: https://knowledge.autodesk.com/support/revit-products/troubleshooting/caas/CloudHelp/cloudhelp/2017/...

On my client PC, I tried to collaborate a file within our network but when I try to save it at the server, this happens:

Revit Server 2018 Problem.JPG

So I reviewed my set-up but I found no problems. So to test if my setup has a problem, I installed Revit Server 2017 on the server too. If the server is the problem, Revit Server 2017 should not work, but I was able to save files in the server without the error message appearing using Revit 2017.

Can you guys help me determine the problem? I'm willing to give you information to resolve this.

Thanks

Jerous

On the server side, are you able to open Revit Server Administrator

Also check if RSN.ini file has been created correctly:

Also try going through the steps in the article:

Yes, I am able to open the Revit Server Administrator (the one that runs in Internet Explorer with Silverlight) in the server. I properly placed the RSN.ini files with my server name written on it. I have also checked the log files but I have found nothing wrong.

Do you see any errors in Server logs or journals from client machine?

This is the location of the server logs (on server):

From user's machine, check journal files from here:

I tried updating my Revit 2018 to 2018.2 but I'm still having problems. Any thoughts?
