Revit - Model Review

Hi all, 

Been using Model Review for Revit 2015, trying to edit the appearance of the final output from that 'Times Roman' look from the 80's but everytime I edit the CSS for the pass and fail sections, it resets, has anyone any idea on how to get this to be a permanent change ? 

It just doesn't maintain its appearance at all.

Is the Times New Romans only in the host/main .rvt file? or does it include linked CAD files too in the Host model

If host includes linked CAD files; Times New Roman (true type) need to be mapped first
