you do not currently have access to autodesk collaboration for revit. my staff member has been invited to the project, sees the model on the web portal. i have the BIM 360 design license assigned to her profile and even made sure she is invited to the project specific model folder.

thoughts?

We did figure it out. the Project Management team set permissions by "Company". So I had to make sure each person's Autodesk profile had our company name in their profile for it to work properly.
