Revit 2017.2 BIM 360

Hello I got the following error when opening a C4R model:

 

A serious error has occurred. It is strongly recommended that you use Save us to save your work in a new file before continuing.

 

The people in my team that had the model open prior to the error, are able to open new models of the projects but the people that have open revit today, have problems.

 

I have tried the solution https://knowledge.autodesk.com/support/revit-products/troubleshooting/caas/sfdcarticles/sfdcarticles...

 

It does not work.

 

It is urgent to solve this issue.

I got an odd solution. We sign out off from our revit sesion and we logged in and it worked!
