Make sure you are rendering to the allowed credit limits.

@any2094 There appears to be a (server side) issue with RPC content.

If you turn off the display of RPC content in the view being rendered (for example entourage and planting), does the view render successfully?

Yes!!! Thank you very much, i was able to render the img with out RCP content!!

I have never had trouble with that before, it happend one day to another. Could the RCP familys be damage?? May be i should delete that folder and dowload it again. Do you have any suggestions?

The issue is on the server side (handling of the RPC content), not an issue with your model or families.

In the short term, I would suggest hiding the RPC content to allow rendering (if you don't have local rendering options to fall back on).

What is RCP content? In case this ever happens to me.

RPC (Rich Photorealistic Content) from ArchVision is a type of content that can be loaded into models through families. Some RPC content is included in the default library such as the people library as well as plantings and Entourage, additional content can be obtained through ArchVision.

The following help topic has more information on working with these types of families: Plants and Entourage

@708Designs I’ve heard back on the server side issue, and it should be resolved as of 03/09/2022 (later in the day from when you saw the message).

Please let me know if you are still seeing issues rendering after turning the RPC content back on.
