"License period for sharing service has ended." BDS 2016, GBS not synced?

Just wondering if anyone else has had this problem with BDS 2016. I am taking the BPAC certification course from Autodesk using a 2016 BDS monthly desktop subsciption that was purchased directly from the Autodesk website. I had some syncing issues with the new software while I was installing it since I had used a trial version of revit 2016 beforehand. I can not move forward in the course until this is resolved.

Whenever I try to run an energy analysis in Revit, the following message appears. "You do not currently have access to this service. Your license period for sharing service has ended." Also, my serial numbers do not show up for BDS under my management tab, but I remembered the serial number before my account was resynced, so I entered that in and was able to download revit. My credentials are the same for Green Building Studio as are my account and I can render in the cloud from revit (so cloud service should be linked?) so I am left wondering where the disconnect is.

If you work with Autodesk, maybe this could be a sync issue? Thank you for any help or direction

sounds like an account sync issue within Autodesk servers.  Send them an email with the necessary info on what's happening and they can look into it.
