I'm trying to use Site Designer but I keep getting this error message: "Can't obtain permission to edit the elements. The central file ... is inaccessible".
I've done a curb on the same file a few days ago but I'm trying to add a new one and it won't work. I have my model lines and topo. I've tried owning the workset and creating a new workset for the topo but it's still not working. I don't know if I'm doing something wrong. I'll include the screencast link to better show the problem once I get it to work....
