"An error occurred while communicating with the cloud worksharing service"

Hello. We're trying to access a project through the BIM360 plugin in Revit and we get a blank dialog box. Sometimes we get the error "An error occurred while communicating with the cloud worksharing service". I checked the autodesk health dashboard but everything is up. I have spoken to the company hosting the files in the cloud and they are having similar issues. Does anyone have any suggestions? Should we wait it out and try again later?

Thank you Viveka. I'm sure I got an email from autodesk at some point regarding those updates. Oops! Problem solved.

Our IT have a solution that has worked for a bunch of us at work.

Exit Revit 2018

-Open up this folder:  ProgramData/Autodesk/Revit/Addins/2018/<COMPANY NAME LEFT BLANK>/Contents

-Open the Pantopes.ini file

-Change this 1 to a 0 (highlighted below)

The simple way is u need to audit the file or u can copy and paste your file in a new folder and open it,
