Publish a sheet set to the A360 Home page?

The snapshot below is from using the “Views for A360” command button. I created I set of sheets I have named “21060401_HSSL Progress set”. I would like to publish that sheet set to the A360 home page, then share a link to invitees to have them view the set from that link……...without sending them a link to the entire model………is this possible?

I’m trying to avoid converting all desired sheets to .pdf’s at the end of the week, and just have them viewed from the A360 site collectively.......any input is appreciated!

yes you can do this! when you create your sheet set, make sure to ONLY include the 2D sheets. uncheck sny 3D views from this set.  once you have the set defined, publish the "model" to A360.  this will publish the current set, and in your csase it will be only sheets, not the model.

then in A360, find the latest version of the "model" you published and click on it to view it.  when in the viewer mode, comfirm that the set is correct for what you want to share.  then in the upper right, click the "share" icon...3 dots in a triangular pattern. thenn you will see the share menu, where you can get a link to send the others, and even passsword protect it if you'd like.  users you send this link to will only see the set you defined.

hope that helps!

Thank you for the response. So then you republish the model after a length of time to get it back to status quo?...........but if invitees need to review it for the entire week, and we need to work on the model, is that a problem?………since our model is on the A360 server, are they not related?

I'm new to Revit and A360, so please pardon if I'm not understanding something that seems simple.
