'Processing error' After publishing model

Hi,

One of our models suddenly started giving a 'processing error' when published to the cloud.

It has been re-published 3 times now with no different result.

What does this error even mean? And why is there NO information given about what could be done to fix it.

i see. we had that before. try to publish with a least one 3d view.

and in worst case : create a new worksharing file.

We are having the same problem at the moment. Do you know by any chance if I remove the original workshared model and replace it with a newly created one with the same name that all the issues stay attached to the place where we pinned them? Or do the issues suddenly all get detached and lost "in space"... or even worse, deleted?

@anton.coppens  That's a good question and I just did a test.

if you delete and create a new central file, the issue remains in the list but loses the attachment. you can still manually reattach each issue, but it's annoying because you have to remember which element it was attached to.

and strangely, if you use the Issue add-in for Revit, the issues are still visible on the new file.

This might be a good idea for a fix to offer to Autodesk

Thanks for the quick reply. Re-attaching the issues is practically not possible since we almost have 300 issues at the moment. I was also planning to use the add-in internally, but the problem is that our client does not have or uses REVIT and they rely on the browser-version to see and reply to the issues. I keep searching for possible solutions regarding the processing error.
