Hi @xu.teng ,

This issue has been fixed in Revit 2019.2.3, 2020.2.3, 2021.1.1, and Revit 2022. Please update to the latest update release for your version to avoid this issue.

Thanks,

Sasha

Here's what our development team suggests:

  • Triple check that every team member is on the same updated version. Just one person on a different version can cause this issue to come back for everyone.
  • It may be possible that a link is already in a bad state.   We suggest using "reload from" and pointing to the same RCW link to make sure that any bad state has been cleared, for all links.
  • One other recommendation is to clear any per-user unloading link overrides (unload for me) and all users sync with central.  After that, create new local files and hopefully you won't see this again.

If you try these and to do keep seeing an issue I recommend filing a case with Autodesk support.

Thanks,

Sasha

thank you for your reply. I follows your steps to check all the things, and tried to link from my computer, it failed. The weird thing is that my coworker did it successfully without any problem until now.
