Not Responding and Collapsing

Hi!

I've been working on a model in Revit 2017, suddenly everything stops and I get this "Not responding" message at the top bar for a while until it collapses my computer [Aspire VX 15, NVIDIA GEFORCE GTX] and restarts it. I have been with this problem for about 15 days since I bought this computer, does anyone knows what should I do?

If you check the Windows Event Viewer does it give any indication of what failed? There may be an error either in the Application or System logs with an event ID you can do a search on to get further assistance on.

 

You could also ensure you have the latest BIOS updates and drivers, in particular the graphics card driver.
