Multiple Revit Versions on 1 Workstation - BIM 360 & C4R not working

I installed Revit 2018 last night and the BIM 360 button/option disappeared in Revit 2017.  I reinstalled 2017 and it magically returned but now it's missing from 2018..  I know of people who have multiple versions but no one can help me.  Autodesk desktop app says both applications are up to date..  Any help is greatly appreciated since I cannot access my C4R projects in both versions..

Hi

Can you re-install the latest update for 2018 (2018.2)? You'll find the latest exe in the Autodesk Desktop App download folder(s). We had similar issues, and solved it this way.

You did not have re-install your entire v2017, only the latest update (2017.2.3).

Regards,

Thierry

Thierry,

I uninstalled and reinstalled 2017 plus updates in my attempt to get BIM 360 to show up in 2017.  This is what disabled it in 2018.

Reinstalling update 2018.2 did the trick!

Thanks!

Joe
