Models no longer publishing to A360 Team

We've published our models from C4R to A360 in the past with no problems, but today when I try to publish, the upload icon animates but nothing is uploaded. I deleted all the uploaded models and tried again but no luck. We have 6 linked models in this project and none of them are uploading. Any ideas?

Thanks,

Dan

We're seeing the same thing this morning. We've tried with both a "live" project with four linked models and then a single "test" project with no links. Neither one shows up on the A360 web portal.

We're experiencing an unplanned degradation of publishing at the moment, as captured on the Health Dashboard.  We're seeing successes in publishing right now, so are in the final stages of validating that we're back to normal, after which we'll status back to green.  Stay tuned.

Myself and my customers are still having some issues despite the Health Dashboard having a tick.

When publishing it is still coming up as failed. It's still somewhat random as to if it does or doesn't work.

Also, the version numbers as shown in 'Manage A360 Models' and the published models in Team are different.

This is probably more of a general question as to if there are instances where the versioning becomes out of sync, and whether it is related to the above issue?

Thanks.

We were able to publish this morning but we can't download the model.

Not sure if this is a related issue or not.

Fingers crossed that it's gets fixed shortly.

We've also been having issues with our model randomly becoming corrupt for no apparent reason.

We've been saving locally to ensure a back-up.  But we had 4 instances yesterday where we got the "Your model has been corrupt, Contact Autodesk support".

According to the Health page (https://health.autodesk.com/) there are still problems publishing to BIM 360.

yes, there is an outage on the BIM 360 Team service at the moment that is having a downstream affect on Collaboration for Revit.  Please do monitor the health dashboard for further updates.

The Health page is showing C4R working as expected, but we are still getting errors when publishing:

We are generally in the green, however there may be something specific to your model.  Would you mind private messaging your journal file to me and I can take a look?

thanks,

Only some of our models have made it through to A360. I tried again this morning and got the green OK label in Revit, but the model still isn't showing up on A360. I had moved all the models to an Archive folder, so there's no conflict with an existing model.

We use A360 primarily to download the models to take to meetings and having to download each one manually and then relink them all is kind of a pain. Any prognosis on when this will be fixed?

Thanks,

DB
