Missing Publish Settings Tab

When I start up Revit2017.2 the tab Publish Settings is missing (see attached screen capture)

Licence type: Autodesk Building Design Suite Premium 2017

Installed version:

17.0.1146.0
20170816_0615(x64)
2017.2.2

Other members of the team have no problems with the Publish Settings Tab.

What do I have to do, to get the panel back...

Thank you for taking your time to post this on the forum, 

Have you tried running a repair on the Collaboration extension for 2017? You will find it in the Programs and Features list of Windows.
