Are you trying to insert link via Insert > Manage Links?  Try insert link via Insert > Link Revit.

I try both but not work.

I could see a few things that could cause this behavior.

  1. Check that Revit is updated to the latest build (2022.1.2), to avoid this issue: "The publisher of this add-in could not be verified" for CollaborateDB when starting Revit
  2. Verify that the Autodesk.Collaborate.addin exists in the folder C:\ProgramData\Autodesk\Revit\Addins\2022.
    1. If missing, use the following article for info on How to reinstall the Revit Cloud Worksharing Add-in
  3. If you have add-ins loaded into Revit, try disabling them, as I've seen add-ins interfering with the cloud functions.

If none of these steps work, could you attach a journal recorded when trying to link?

From what I'm seeing in the screenshot, I would expect this would be either the Collaborate add-in, or Desktop Connector service (missing).
