Local models (Cash copies) are getting linked to the model

Hello everyone,

Does anybody know the reason why revit links over and over again local BIM360  cash models ? I new bug here. All links are cloud based, but some how local copies are getting linked to the project.

I have not seen this happen before.

Your image does not illustrate the pathing.

Have you verified that the path is indeed to local copies?

Is Desktop Connector being used for anything in the project?

Are they being linked in addition to the needed links or instead of?

Could this be user error by someone who is not synching the model or updating links properly?

Nested links?

Any errors about links when opening the project?

Unless someone has experienced this before, it's more than likely not a bug. You may have to explain the details of managing the links and the model and your project set-up methods to figure out where the error may be coming from.

Hello, thank you for your reply.
The path goes to a local cash copy.

Linked models (BIM360) get replaced with those local copies.

Apparently it is a new bug from Autodesk.

Doubt it.

Can you answer the rest of my questions before bugging out?
