Which version and build of Revit are you using?  I found a related article that may help you where by updating solves this issue.   Please post back if it does not.

Hi Michael,

 

We were using 2017.2.4 when we had this issue, then I found the same article and updated to 2017.2.5.

still, the problem exists. after updating to the latest version, Revit is not stable in half of the machine. Sudden crash is occurring often.
