Is BIM 360 Down?

We have been unable to open any BIM360 projects since Sunday. Is this problem on our end, or is BIM 360 down? The only problem reported on the health dashboard is with BIM 360 Account Administration. Thanks.

Hello @Anonymous .

I'll be happy to help.  Are you still having this problem?

This issue can have many possible causes.   Does the problem happen on another computer using the same login?

Does the issue happen for any user on your network?

This article may help to narrow down the cause.

"You do not currently have access to Autodesk Collaboration for Revit" when opening a workshared model in Revit due to entitlement issues

We found the problem. Our licenses were expired. Our parent company has a portal that they use to keep track of our licenses, but for some reason it did not notify them that our licenses were set to expire, and our department was not notified until we could not access BIM 360. This has since been rectified. They are working with Autodesk to see why this information was not included in the portal. Thanks.
