internal C4R Model security

Can I set another level of access to a model within C4R?  I can control who can download/share models in BIM360 project internet site, but not when they open the Revit model, they can see the revit model.

You are correct in that C4R is currently a "High Trust" environment meaning if you have access to the project and have C4R you can technically open any model in the project.  That being said, I would also say that C4R is highly accountable.  If you commit a change to a model (Sync with Central), it is recorded in that model's history so that you can trace who has modified it.  So, while you cannot stop people from opening and perhaps making changes, you can always see who modified the model and roll back to a previous version if necessary.
