Hello, Russ

Which update did you run? Can you try to roll it back?

Hi,

With the latest updates of both 2016 and 2017, you must install both the Revit update and the C4R update to make everything work properly.

If you only install the Revit update, the Manage cloud models dialog will not work properly.

The C4R update should be available in the Desktop App or on the website;

Hi,

Easiest way would be to download and run the separate installer for Collaboration for Revit with the following link:

https://knowledge.autodesk.com/support/revit-products/downloads/caas/downloads/content/autodesk-bim-...

This should install the latest version of C4R (and any other updates that isn't installed)
